Our three year old program is designed to introduce children to a fun and successful learning experience.
We have an amazing teacher with endless patience who is very experienced and knowledgeable of this age group. She encourages good social skills as they learn about Jesus, others and themselves in a small group setting. Preschool will also have an aide this year.
The classes meet two mornings per week with ten students in each class.

In Prekindergarten we focus on helping each child to feel loved confident and excited about learning. Letters and numbers are introduced, as well as concepts that prepare them for Kindergarten. A big emphasis is on the social skills and adjusting to short periods of structured time.
We have sixteen students in each class with a full time aide.
One class meets two mornings a week, the other three mornings a week.
The classroom is large, equipped and ready for fun!

Our experienced kindergarten teacher focuses on providing enriching activities in and out of the classroom. Emphasizing small group involvment whenever possible.
We offer a strong phonics based program as the children begin to read in preparation for first grade. The morning class consists of 18 students and the afternoon class is limited to 10 students.
Both classes have a full-time aide.

In the elementary grades 1-5, students will feel part of our Riviera family in small class sizes, by having experienced teachers and by learning from a Christian-based curriculum and world view.
We provide a limited enrollment of 20 per class, with an average class size of 16, and an environment that is structured just right for each grade. We offer enrichment classes such as music, art, P.E., and technology.
Our Elementary teachers are Oregon State Certified and they participate in continuing education. Our teachers believe in teaching from a solid Christian foundation as well as loving and caring for each individual child and family.
We use Christian-based curriculum and our students have consistently tested above grade level on academic achievement tests. We strive to find success for all students and to help them grow academically, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
